BIM is the most advanced way of designing, implementing and managing investment projects with the aim of increasing productivity and optimizing construction processes.

Project task

Support and advice for the client’s/contracting authorities’ requirements for the implementation of the BIM-approach to the project (objectives of the BIM-approach, technical and managerial requirements, modelling guidelines, methods of quality control and data exchange).

BIM execution plan (BEP)

Creating a plan for implementing the BIM approach on the project based on the information requirements of the client/contracting authority, which includes the planning and management of participants, processes and technology. All protocols produced follow international standards.

Common data environment (CDE)

The use of the project server which is intended for systemically organized cooperation in the process of model making and coordination between disciplines and submission of files to the client/contracting authority. This ensures a transparent and traceable recording of the project development.

3D modelling

We offer support in the creation of 3D models in the open BIM-approach (Open BIM) and for the preparation of visualisations. In cooperation with the investor and engineer we determine the necessary level of development of BIM models and the required attribute tables.

4D modelling

We offer support in the making and visualisation of the term plans of the planned construction, with which the feasibility of the project and the timeframe for construction is proven. We are building protocols for monitoring construction with BIM models.

5D modelling

We offer support in the making of 5D BIM models and the evaluation of quantities based on BIM models. We prepare a financial plan as well as analysis and optimisation of financial resources according to various construction scenarios.

Monitoring the design

We offer support in the making of a unified coordination BIM model of individual disciplines and in checking the consistency between models and project documentation in the key moments of the project.

Monitoring the models

By monitoring the built 3D models, we check the geometric consistency of the project solutions and the consistency of non-geometric data models. Periodically, all aspects of BEP are checked.

Discovering collisions

By early detection of potential collisions and other inconsistencies between models at the time of design, we raise the level of quality of project solutions. We offer support in eliminating perceived collisions.

BIM services

Preparation of the project task for the implementation of the BIM-approach

Support/advice in preparing the client’s requirements for the implementation of the BIM-approach to the project (objectives of the BIM-approach, technical and managerial requirements, modelling guidelines, methods of quality control and data exchange).

Planning and managing the BIM approach

Creating a plan for the execution of the BIM-approach on the project based on the informational requirements of the client/contracting authority, which includes the planning and management of participants, processes and technology. The entire process is managed through a common information environment.

Consulting

Subscribers receive expert and organizational support throughout the BIM process from idea to the handing over of the building into use. We suggest the use of the BIM approach in the tender phase, thus identifying all possible risks.

Common Information Environment (CDE)

For the efficient and successful management of the project, we developed our own common data environment (CDE), which is intended for the collection and management of data and communication between participants. We also use open BIM IFC and BCF standards.

Education

We prepare training courses for our clients, where we present the whole process of BIM implementation into the work processes, from preparing the BIM execution plan to planning and managing of the project in the BIM environment.

Advantages
with BIM

Own database of building blocks for modelling roads and railroads
Own solutions for a common data environment (CDE)
Project management in BIM (information upgrade)
Semi-automatic recognition of building blocks of existing built infrastructure from the cloud points (InfraCloud)
An upgraded »open source« project portal that forms its own CDE (InproBIM)
Ongoing research and development of the BIM-process for infrastructure
